*Cost of pig ($150 deposit) - applied toward final live weight ~ $3.00/lb
*This batch Ready August and September, WHOLE pigs should weigh approximately 250-300lbs with this option you're buying HALF of a pig
* Butcher cost starts around $170 for basic butcher for a 250lb pig, paid to the butcher. Curing, sausage ect. cost extra but talk to the butcher for exact pricing
*Expect around 35-45% loss of weight once butchered, depending on bone in or boneless cuts and if you want to keep fat for lard etc.
